KYLE KIRKWOOD
No. 28 ROAD TO INDY / COOPER TIRES / CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS CLUB DALLARA

START FINISH CHAMPIONSHIP
4 4 3RD / 105 PTS.
OF NOTE: Earned his fourth consecutive top-five finish of the season
"The start of the race was very difficult. There were people all around us and I’m surprised there wasn’t contact because it was a pretty hairy start. Once we got going, I couldn’t really follow in the draft the same as the other cars could. We started with understeer and we made a change to try to fix it, but the track went the exact opposite way, so we missed it a little bit. Overall, I’m happy with fourth considering our pace and we’ll take some good points away from the race today, and we know what we need for tomorrow."

DANIAL FROST
No. 68 DEN-JET DALLARA

START FINISH CHAMPIONSHIP
6 6 5TH / 82 PTS.
OF NOTE: Spent most of the race battling with Alex Peroni and teammate Devlin DeFrancesco for a top-five result // Recorded his third top-10 finish of the season
"We started P6 for Race 1 and we did our best to maximize the car. It didn’t seem like we had it under control compared to how we did in the test and free practice, so obviously we have to do some work to make the car better for tomorrow. It’s good that we got some solid results for the championship and we still have some work to do to get to the top three for the upcoming races, so we need to make sure our car is there and ready to deliver."

DEVLIN DEFRANCESCO
No. 17 POWERTAP DALLARA
Andretti Steinbrenner Autosport
START FINISH CHAMPIONSHIP
7 7 4TH / 84 PTS.
OF NOTE: Battled alongside Alex Peroni and teammate Danial Frost most the race
"We made quite a radical change going into Race 1 and it didn’t really seem to do much. The Andretti Steinbrenner guys did a really great job getting everything changed over. We have the best team in the pits, so we are going to investigate overnight and be ready for tomorrow. We seemed to struggle with grip in the rear, but like I said, we have the best team in the paddock and I have full faith we’re going to get it sorted."

ROBERT MEGENNIS
No. 27 ANDRETTI AUTOSPORT DALLARA
START FINISH CHAMPIONSHIP
10 8 9TH / 69 PTS.
OF NOTE: Captured his 22nd top 10 of his Indy Lights career
"It was a solid race. We had a rough qualifying that put us on the backfoot, but I was able to make up two spots on the start and I was fighting with guys all the way up to fifth place, so we have the pace to be in the top five. Now if we do a good job in qualifying tomorrow, we can maybe convert tomorrow’s race into a top five or a podium, so I’m super happy. I feel like we’re taking steps in the right direction. Racing here is so much fun, I love Indy. The long straightaways make for some really fun racing."
